Menopause Yoga can help by offering yoga and movement practices to help reduce and alleviate symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, poor concentration, irratibility, mood disturbance, depression and anxiety.
These include breath work, qi gong, yoga poses and meditation to help you feel yourself again wherever you are on the menopause journey.
The first session on 10th November will be a sleep practice. During any stage of the menopause journey we can often have trouble with our sleep pattern, be it getting to sleep or frequently waking during the early hours. Come and learn a gentle sleep sequence to help calm and ease tension in the body, soothing yourself ready to sleep.
The second session on 24th November will include easy ways to decrease stress and techniques to boost mood including breathing and meditation exercises. Session is designed to help women manage menopausal symptoms such anxiety, irritability and low mood.
No previous experiece is necessary.
You dont need to be fit or flexible to begin and everyone is welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
