RI&C Week: Mental Health for Managers – Starting the Conversation Around Wellbeing and Mental Health
This is an innovative new course that looks at workplace wellbeing and mental health from a manager’s perspective.
The course explores what workplace wellbeing is, why it matters and why we need to focus on mental health support in particular. You will be given a high-level overview of the types of mental health issues you may come across in the workplace and introduced to easy-to-follow, practical hints and tips to support you as a manager or supervisor in how to initiate wellbeing and mental health conversations.

- Build confidence and skills around having wellbeing conversations with your staff
- Help you signpost effectively
