This is a live, on-campus event.

This workshop will explore how questionable research practice and misconduct can, and should, be addressed within a positive research culture.

Including an overview of Strathclyde’s Procedure for the Investigation of Misconduct in Research, the session will explore how issues of research misconduct arise, how these can be dealt with, and what this means for researchers, participants, and the University. This will offer opportunities for discussion, and to explore areas for potential development for researchers across the University.

Participating in this event will allow you to:

  • Expand your understanding of Strathclyde’s approach to handling research misconduct. 
  • Explore how issues of research misconduct arise, how these can be dealt with, and what this means.
  • Share your ideas and questions on how the procedure for allegations of research misconduct can be developed with researchers in mind.
