Target Audience: Staff who have an interest in improving performance incrementally day by day.

This session is simply structured into 4 parts.

• Topic introduction
• Key learning points,
• Activity to demonstrate and embed the learning.
• Group discussion on the outcomes

During this hour we will strive to give you the tools to identify the value in your processes from the perspective of your customer. You will become familiar with the 3 types of value and be able to enhance your activities by removing the waste and enhancing the value added work.

This is an interactive workshop, delivered via Teams, providing simple continuous improvement techniques which, when implemented will engender success for you and your team.

As part of ongoing work to migrate staff training from DAT to iTrent, some sessions may appear in duplicate.  If you have signed up to course via DAT, your place is secure and no further action is required.
