Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Staff who have an interest in improving performance incrementally day by day.
This session is simply structured into 4 parts.
- Topic introduction
- Key learning points,
- Activity to demonstrate and embed the learning.
- Group discussion on the outcomes
During this session we will give you the method to meaningfully engage with the work where it is happening and not rely on a report or another interpretation. During our activity we will set you up as a consultant in a manufacturing process and only by seeing what happens via the learnings in the course task you to improve it.
This is an interactive workshop, delivered via Zoom, providing simple continuous improvement techniques which, when implemented will engender success for you and your team.
