Have you ever called a helpdesk, been told one thing, then called again 5 minutes later and been given a different outcome? Infuriating? Concerning, Uncertain?. Standard work can often be seen as the enemy or creativity. This session sets out to debunk that myth. There is always a ‘current’ best known way of doing something. If we can identify this, make it our standard and then improve from that it delivers the best performance for our teams and institution.

This is an interactive workshop, delivered via Zoom, providing simple continuous improvement techniques which, when implemented will engender success for you and your team.
