The University will publish a Travel Policy in May 2024 and under the new process all international travel, all UK air travel, and any UK trips with 3 nights or more of accommodation will require pre-approval through the new Approval to Travel (ATT) form accessed through Pegasus.
The ATT process has been built into the existing travel insurance notification form in Pegasus and has been designed to be as simple as possible to complete. In order to test the suitability of the new process we would like to invite the University community to participate in some user testing.
