Target Audience: All Staff Faculty of Science
This model ensures a minimum pricing policy for skills and knowledge and consistency on how consultancy services are costed and priced in the Faculty of Science. The revised costing and pricing KE model for consultancy services, replicates the model that is currently being used successfully by the Faculty of Engineering. The following changes include:
• Minimum day rates for staff embedded into the KE costing system for consultancy services.
• Two step approval before submission to RKES.
• Distribution policy will follow 35% to Faculty and 65% to Department. The KE system will produce a Recovery Report which will show the breakdown of the distribution.
The Faculty would like to invite you to an in person presentation on the new costing and pricing model for consultancy services on the 6th June 10am -11am GH515. Please note this presentation will be recorded and made available. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
This is open to all staff within the Faculty.
