Target Audience: undergraduate and postgraduate students
This 8 week programme will give you an opportunity to learn the skills and approach of being mindful, which in turn will allow you to be more aware and focussed on your studies and relationships. The dates of the programme are as follows, there is a full day which is the second last day.
