The mindfulness based stress reduction programme (MBSR) is designed to help you learn new ways of managing difficult physical sensations, feelings and moods. The core skill that you will learn is mindfulness, a way of paying attention, on purpose, non judgementally to what goes on in the present moment in your body, mind and the world around you. Mindfulness can enable you to see things differently. It can increase your sense of personal confidence and of having more options and more strength to face the different challenges in your life.

Dates for the full programme are as follows: Wednesday 4th October Wednesday 11th October Wednesday 25th October Wednesday 1st November Wednesday 8th November Wednesday 15th November Wednesday 22nd November Wednesday 28th November All at 1pm to 3pm except for the full day session on the 22nd of November which is 09.30am to 3pm
