We invite you to attend an in-person lecture on Explainable AI on Monday 9th September from 1400 – 1530 in the Royal College Building, Montrose Suite, R2.15.

The lecture will be given by Nicolas Bousquet. Nicolas holds a PhD in statistics from the University of Orsay (Paris-Saclay). He holds a dual position; he is a senior researcher at EDF for over 10 years in the field of industrial and environmental risk analysis, and is an associate professor in mathematics at Sorbonne University since 2017. In this presentation, he will discuss his views on explainable AI and recent research in this area.

 To attend this lecture, please register by Tuesday 3rd September. 

Tea and coffee will be provided (please bring your own mug to reduce waste). There will also be a breakout space to have follow on discussions and network.
