    This is an introduction to mindfulness for students who are wishing to explore what mindfulness is and how it may be helpful in their life. After this session you can decide whether you wish to book on to the 8 week Mindfulness programme within the university.

Target Audience: All Students

This is an introduction to mindfulness for students who are wishing to explore what mindfulness is and how it may be helpful in their life. The Orientation session will take place on Wednesday the 27th of September 2017, from 1pm to 3pm. Booking for this session will not open until the 6th of September, as it is currently being offered to those on the waiting list. Please place your name on the waiting list and check back on this page on the 6th of September if you have not been offered a place.  

 

After this session you can decide whether you wish to book on to the 8 week Mindfulness programme within the university. The dates for the full programme are as follows,
