Information Session - Diversifying Leadership training programme
The University of Strathclyde is offering a limited number of spaces for Advance HE's Diversifying Leadership programme. The Diversifying Leadership programme is designed to support early-career academics, professional services staff, lecturers, and senior lecturers from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds who are taking their first steps into leadership roles, from grade 7 and above.
The programme is structured in a hybrid format, combining both online and face-to-face components. It’s delivered over the period of four months comprising of five modules of which two will be held face-to-face, alongside related asynchronous work.
Spaces are available for the DL 29 North Cohort which runs from February to June 2027, with in-person activities taking place in Leeds. More information is available to view on the Advance HE website.
Applications will open from the 1st of October. The closing date will be the 1st of December, with successful candidates being informed of their space in mid-December.
This information session will be held online, for one hour to provide further information to potential applicants. The Teams link will be sent out closer to the time.
