Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Open to anyone
There can be a lot of different approaches out there to help lessen anxiety. Some of these are helpful yet some can also complicate what is essentially our body doing its job: switching on our nervous system to help protect us in the face of perceived threat.
The original self-help guru for anxiety, Dr Claire Weekes was groundbreaking in the simple methods she offered in her approach to anxiety over 40 years ago. She was ridiculed by many colleagues at the time yet the thousands of people who credit her with saving their life over the years are testament to the power and longevity of her ideas.
Join this 4 week in-person course, starting on 26th February @ 11am to learn more about the Claire Weekes way to recover from anxiety.
Week 1 – Introduction to Claire Weekes work and information on what is anxiety
