In this 'Menstrual Health and Nutrition' seminar, we will guide you towards living in sync with your menstrual cycle, empowering you with knowledge and strategies to embrace each stage with confidence and ease.
- The different stages of the menstrual cycle and specifically fluctuations in hormones, nutritional needs (total energy, and specific nutrients), appetite and metabolic changes. How we are affected physically and mentally.
- Tips on how to maintain a balanced diet while dealing with PMS (premenstrual syndrome) such as bloating, fatigue, mood swings.
- Understand food cravings and develop strategies for managing them (with practical snack ideas included)
Handouts will also be shared after the session.
This interactive seminar will empower you with valuable insights into understanding your body and implementing effective dietary strategies to support your health and wellbeing throughout every stage of your menstrual cycle.
