Grief can feel overwhelming and navigating it alone can be isolating. Our grief support group provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals to process their grief at their own pace. Each week, we'll address different aspects of grief, provide helpful tools, and create a space for reflection, self-care, and connection.

What You’ll Experience
- Week 1: Introduction to Grief
Gain an understanding of the grief process, discuss typical reactions, set group expectations, and reflect on who and what we grieve.
- Week 2: Emotional & Cognitive Aspects
Learn skills to manage intense emotions, rethink unhelpful thoughts, and develop practices for emotional regulation and self-care.
- Week 3: Physical Impacts
Discover how grief affects the body, address issues like sleep and fatigue, and explore how movement and activity scheduling can support healing.
- Week 4: Continuing Bonds
Explore ways to honour and maintain connections with the deceased, and recognize how these ongoing bonds can support the healing journey
