Previous course participants said:
“I signed up because I was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, Juliet was amazing and since doing the course I haven’t had a panic attack, would highly recommend.”
“I was nervous as I knew there would be a bit of group sharing but I very quickly settled and actually the group became a really great support network for me. I got so much out of the shared experience part, I realised I wasn’t alone and that other colleagues were struggling too. What a powerful course – I’ve been telling everybody to it!”
“Thank you, Juliet, you helped me manage my anxiety more effectively. Thanks so much again for your positivity!”
