Book in for a Wellness consultation, a 30 minute appointment designed to look at your mental health. Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved energy, or guidance on building healthier habits, our Health & Fitness Coaches are here to help.
During your appointment, we’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire that will provide the coach with more detailed information on potential issues that may affect your mental wellbeing. The Health & Fitness Coach will also provide you with some advice and steer you to making the right changes to improve your mental health.
This is an in-person session taking place within Strathclyde Sport however if you require an online session, email Colin Paterson at colin.paterson@strath.ac.uk after you have made your booking to arrange an online session.
