Target Audience: All process owners or influencers. A process being “a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.“

Process mapping is a great tool to promote the understanding of what is happening in a process. The minute something is written down and visual there is only 1 version of the truth providing a clear foundation for understanding and Improvement. During this session we explore various methods of analysis that support the improvement and potential redesign of process into the current best way to do it.
