Our Mindfulness Self-Compassion Group offers a confidential supportive space to explore these transformative skills through guided mindfulness and integrative practices. 

  • Duration: 5 weeks starting 30th Sept 14:00-15:00  
  • Venue: Wellbeing Room, TL466 Wellbeing Service Level 4, Mary Dunn Wing, Learning & Teaching Building,55 Richmond Street, Glasgow, G1 1XQ

  • Experience the power of mindfulness and self-compassion in a safe, non-judgmental group. 
  • Track your personal growth with the Self Compassion Questionnaire at the start and end of the programme.
