Target Audience: Open to anyone
There are many approaches out there that claim to help with anxiety. While some can be useful, others can leave us feeling even more overwhelmed. At its core, anxiety is simply our body’s protective system doing what it’s designed to do: activating the nervous system in response to a perceived threat. Understanding this can be a helpful first step in loosening anxiety’s grip.
More than 40 years ago, Dr Claire Weekes, often considered the original self‑help pioneer for anxiety, introduced simple and compassionate methods that were truly ahead of their time. Though her ideas were initially dismissed by some of her peers, her work has since stood the test of time. Thousands of people continue to credit her approach with transforming, and even saving, their lives.
This 4‑week in‑person course offers a supportive space to learn, step by step, the core elements of Claire Weekes’ approach and how to apply them in daily life.
