We will also be covering and highlighting the support available via our Pregnancy and Baby Loss Policy and our Bereavement & Compassionate Leave Policy which covers the provision of Parental Bereavement Leave.
This special event will feature powerful guest speakers sharing their lived experiences and a representative from SiMBA Charity, who will raise awareness about their vital work supporting families affected by baby loss.

After the session, we warmly invite everyone to stay for breakfast networking, a relaxed opportunity to connect over a cuppa and a breakfast roll, share reflections, and show support for one another.
This is an opportunity to learn, show solidarity, and help foster a culture of care and understanding across our University community.
All staff are welcome.
