Pushed to the brink, a broken young woman hikes into the Scottish wilderness. Consumed by guilt and grief following the tragic loss of her best friend to suicide, she runs away from her old life. Along the way she’s forced to stand up to the misogyny that has scarred her, whilst fighting the demons of her own mind.

In the wilds of Scotland's West Highland Way our hero finds her voice and the courage to share the secrets of her past…

A film of these times about finding your voice, a movement within Strathclyde to tackle the stigma that surrounds mental health. This movie gives guidance in a creative way about how we can support each other.

Q and A with the film's director and producer and a rare chance to meet some of the actors who are helping to change lives will follow this screening.
