Target Audience: Students having anxiety or stress around exams
Exams can feel overwhelming, and it’s common for students to find themselves procrastinating, stressed, or stuck in worry. These feelings are completely normal but left unmanaged they can make it even harder to get started with revision or feel confident in your studies. This 1.5 hour workshop will introduce practical CBT-based tools to manage anxiety, break the cycle of procrastination and build strategies to stay, motivated.
This will be an 1-hour interactive workshop where you’ll learn techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, stay motivated, and manage stress so you can focus and revise more effectively. This will be followed by an optional 30-minute stay-back session where you’ll get hands-on support to ask questions, practise the tools, and leave knowing how to use them—not just what they are.
What we’ll cover:
- Introduction and Understanding anxiety.
- Managing Anxious Thoughts.
- Practical tools to stress management.
- Developing a personal plan.
Registration will close at 4pm on 9th March 2026.
