Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already familiar with the practice, you’re welcome to join any session that appeals to you. Attend one, two, or all three—the choice is yours.
All sessions will be run online over Teams.
Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness
Wednesday 15 July 2026, 12:00–13:00 (Online – Teams)
A friendly and accessible introduction to mindfulness, this session gently invites you to slow down and reconnect with a sense of calm. You’ll explore the foundations of the practice, learn about the key teachers who helped shape its modern form, and discover simple, grounding ways to bring mindfulness into everyday moments. Alongside this, you’ll take part in a calming practical activity designed to help you unplug, settle your mind, and step away from the busyness of the day. At the end their will be a chance to reflect on how you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life.
