Mindfulness Programme
This April, the whole university community is invited to take part in a refreshing four‑session set of mindfulness workshops led by Sarah Lavery, a fully trained mindfulness teacher. Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already familiar with the practice, you’re welcome to join any session that appeals to you. Attend one, two, or all four—the choice is yours.
All sessions will be run online over Teams.
Session 4: Mindfulness and You
Wednesday 6 May 2026, 12:00–12:45 (Online - Teams)
This reflective session centres on shaping a personal mindfulness routine or challenge that feels genuinely meaningful and sustainable. You’ll explore a range of mindful habits, from simple daily pauses to more intentional practices, with examples to spark ideas and help you notice what resonates most. There’s space to consider what supports your wellbeing, what fits naturally into your lifestyle, and what small shifts could make the biggest difference. By the end, you’ll have chosen a routine or challenge that feels grounding, realistic, and uniquely your own, offering a gentle way to carry mindfulness forward beyond the session.
