Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Pre- and post-natal women, women considering conceiving, and women who have gone through significant physical or hormonal bodily changes.
This session will be run by Health and Fitness coach Marc, who holds a level 4 qualification in pre- and post-natal. Maintaining strength training during pregnancy has been shown to aid with labour, birth and recovery. Post-Nataly lifting weights can help to rehabilitate the core and pelvic floor. Training in this manner is important for all women as it will help to increase bone density, which is often lost in pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause and perimenopause.
