Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Pre- and post-natal women, women considering conceiving, and women who have gone through significant physical or hormonal bodily changes.
This 40-minute session will focus on the benefits of exercise during pregnancy and the post-partum period with regards to government guidelines and current research. It will focus on common musculoskeletal problems that may occur and look at the hormonal and physical changes that occur to the body during these phases. This session is for anyone interested in the above topic and we welcome supportive partners to join.
