Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT) is a gentle, relaxation-based approach that uses simple structured touch routines to support calm, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

The FRT routines are non-invasive, easy to learn, and can be introduced safely within everyday settings such as schools, family support environments, and at home.

This free online session during Carers Week is an opportunity for parents and carers to learn more about FRT what is involved in the workshops, and how the techniques may support wellbeing for both carers and those they care for.

The webinar will also include feedback and reflections from previous parent/carer workshops.

The practical workshops for carers are designed to help participants:
• support wellbeing
• relieve tension
• improve mood
• encourage relaxation
• reduce stress and distress
• share calming routines with family members
