Target Audience: Carers - Strathclyde University

Join us for an informative session delivered by the Glasgow City Carers Partnership, who work across the city through three carers centres covering the North West (Quarriers), North East (GAMH) and South (Dixon).

This session has been arranged for members of our carers network and will cover everything you need to know about unpaid caring - from understanding what it means to be an unpaid carer, to how carers are identified and the wide-ranging impacts that caring responsibilities can have on education, employment, social life, and mental and physical wellbeing.

Representatives from the Partnership will walk you through the core services and support available to unpaid carers across all ages and life stages, how to access or refer into those services, and will also touch on future care planning.
