Target Audience: Staff leading teams or projects
This course would be useful to anyone running a team, a department, a project, or a specific area of work and would like to understand key features of the teams efforts such as, progress over time, progress against target, spend against budget, impact of advertising, satisfaction with a course, and many more. During the session we look at examples of KPIs and their uses, how to align KPIs hierarchically to identify contribution to the institutional goals and we will look at the process for creating effective KPIs for your specific area. After attending this course you'll have a picture of what 'good' looks like in your are and a baseline to improve it.
