Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Men within the University of Strathclyde community
Men's Health Week seeks to raise awareness of mental and physical health by encouraging people to start conversations to lower the stigma that surrounds this. Good health means being both physically and mentally well and Men's Health week advocates for everyone seeking help when they need it.
Our led walk will follow the Strathclyde Water Walk route created by James Bonner, a Knowledge Exchange Fellow in Physical Activity and Health, in collaboration with the Centre for Sustainable Development. The walk identifies twelve different sights of water in and around the University campus. We hope this walk will encourage both activity and conversation.
- This is a free session and open to all male members of the Strathclyde community
- Please meet at Strathclyde Sport to begin the walk for 12:10
- Please wear appropriate footwear for outdoors walking
