Target Audience: Junior members of staff from across the University
The Team Member Development Programme is designed for junior members of staff who want to develop the knowledge, behaviours and practical skills needed to become an effective, confident and proactive team member. Aligned to the ILM Level 2 Award, this programme provides a recognised qualification while supporting your personal and professional development.
Throughout the programme, you will explore key topics including effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, personal effectiveness, and taking responsibility in the workplace. You'll have the opportunity to reflect on your own strengths, develop practical strategies to improve your performance, and learn how to contribute positively to the University goals.
