This workshop will use a personality profiling tool to give a framework which will help you understand your own behaviours and actions and that of others. It will offer an insight into communication styles, decision making approaches and working styles. It will support positive working relationships, leading others and making decisions confidently.

The series offers short workshops which can be attended individually or as a complete series, whichever would best suit your needs.

Outcome/Objectives:

  • Have a basic understanding of personality types
  • Understand how they can use this knowledge and insight to improve their personal effectiveness and increase their understanding of themselves and others.
