Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: All staff and students
Interfaith Glasgow will facilitate this event, which will offer an introduction to a particular kind of interfaith dialogue known as "Scriptural Reasoning". This involves people coming together in small groups to read extracts of scripture together in an informal, friendly setting.
The aim is not for participants to agree but to grow in their understanding of each other. You don't need to be an expert – an interest in your scriptures and a willingness to listen to others is all that is required.
The Focus of this event will be extracts from the scriptures of the Jewish, Christian and Muslim traditions on the theme of "Neighbours."
External attendees who are not University of Strathclyde staff or students should contact equalopportunities@strath.ac.uk to book. Please state your name and faith or belief perspective to help us make a seating plan.
