Part of the Study Skills Workshop Series, this 1 hour workshop is designed for first year students but may be of interest to all undergraduates wishing to review their current study practices.

It covers some of the key academic practices required to become a reflective self-directing learner. Exams provide students with rewarding opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and gain recognition for their learning, but they can also be very challenging and potentially stressful experiences. Dealing with both preparation and performance, this workshop explores ways to minimise stress and successfully negotiate the exam process.

 (PLEASE NOTE: This not a credit bearing course. PhD students should instead consider attending the PG Cert. accredited workshops within the Researcher Development Programme
