Target Audience: Any member of staff with a safety role who has a responsibility for the management of safety incidents and has been provided with system permissions and access to the SIRIS Incident Reporting and Management System.
Training on the use of the SIRIS system with participant involvement in relation to specific Q&A.
Competent use of the SIRIS system to facilitate the incident reporting and investigation process.

Prior to attending this session participants should familiarise themselves with the OHS Standard - Incident Reporting and Management.SIRIS users should successfully complete the Incident Reporting and Investigation training.
